Hospitality Aide 

The Hospitality Aide provides routine daily care and support services that contribute to residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being. This role assists with maintaining a clean and safe care environment, supports resident independence, and contributes to the delivery of quality patient care services. The Hospitality Aide works collaboratively with the healthcare team to support daily operations, resident care activities, and safety-focused initiatives.

• Support residents and patients in maintaining the greatest possible level of independence.
• Observe residents and contribute relevant information regarding patient observations as directed.
• Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Ensure equipment and mobile devices remain clean, functional, and properly charged and report malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Participate in required in-service training and Patient Care Management Systems education activities.
• Perform incidental housekeeping and maintenance tasks necessary to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Support compliance with Abuse Prevention policies and procedures.
• Promote patient and resident safety and support quality care initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Caregiver experience preferred. 
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
